Everything was well-maintained, exceptional service, unbeatable location not far from the bay, the centre, eateries. The staff was genuinely helpful, we had a fast check-in. It was good to have savoury drinks in the main bar. Excellent views, good pool, parking available onsite. Fairly clean and outstanding hotel in Bai Chay district.

Appreciated it. Room was nice, breakfast was delicious! The bed was comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi. Also, it had parking on-site. Such a deluxe hotel - a short way from everything. Apart from that, an artificial beach was 5 minutes away by driving.

Its my first option in Ha Long, thanks. I enjoyed HOSPITABLE staff and modern interior. Spotless, clean room, everything was just perfect. Pool was lovely and beds were large.

It was the best of Ha Long hotels I visited before. Breakfast was extensive, the bed was very comfy, the stuff where more than helpful. Particularly good location in a very quiet area. The staff did all they can for a warm stay. Fairly clean place and welcoming service❤
